Rihanna rocked the music industry late last year when she announced the ’777 Tour’, giving 7 shows in 7 countries in 7 consecutive days! The tour was to promote her 7th album ‘Unapologetic’. And now, we know that she shot a concert documentary, entitled ‘Rihanna 777′, which is set to premiere worldwide on Monday, May 6 (8:00-9:00 PM ET/PT) exclusively on FOX. The documentary will be focusing on giving the viewers an inside look to the fan and press filled tour.

With 256 lucky fans and journalists from all over the world, Rihanna kicked off the tout on November 14, 2012, traveling to Mexico City, Toronto, Stockholm, Paris, Berlin, London and New York City. The tour was a success with her album debuting at No.1 on the Billboard 200, and the lead single, “Diamonds,” peaking at No. 1 on the Billboard Hot 100, shortly after the end of the tour.

Good news for the fans who were not able to go on the tour, because the entire tour, with her performances and the pandemonium in the plane, to the crazy partying moments have been captured by the film crew for the documentation. We will get to see a lot in the documentary, which will also showcase  many behind the scenes footage, which will show us how the tour happened and how it succeeded.

Rihanna  777 is a Fenty Films production in conjunction with Love Live and Gravité Creative.
